While we were up at M&Ds I decided to try out the bruschetta recipe that I got from Pilu at Freshwater.
I attended a team building cooking class there through Convivial Times.
I was lucky enough to be in the group cooking with Giovanni Pilu. He taught us how to de-skin the tomato with a knife. He also made his famous roast suckling pig recipe which was fantastic.
M&D have a great orange retro plate which I used to serve up the bruschetta. I love the bright colours of the plate with the tomato.
