It’s been a while since I baked this one. I made it with brioche rather than pondoro. The recipe was pretty easy to follow and didn’t really have anything too complicated.
Was the recipe easy to follow? – Yes
Did it look like the cake pictured? – Yes
Would we make it again? – Yes, once again, there are other recipes I’ve made which are pretty easy to make and maybe taste better. The San Francisco chocolate cake or the Chocolate Tart I make regularly are better options in my mind, this one does have a different kind of flavour though.
It was served with double cream.
