Once in a while Dr Scorpio gets into one of his healthy phases where he tries to insist we eat salads and watch our food intake. This is the dish he tends to bribe me with – Salmon steak on a salad of roast beetroot, roast potatoes, rocket and horseradish cream. This is a warm salad and the horseradish cream with the roast potatoes are heavenly. Add some dill and you’re done!
